Cancellation Policy
📆 Registration & Payment     •    All classes must be booked in advance through our website.     •    Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.     •    Zoom links and class materials (if applicable) will be emailed upon confirmation. ⸻ 🚫 Cancellation & Rescheduling     •    Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the class for a full refund.     •    Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class are non-refundable, but may be credited toward a future class at our discretion.     •    If you need to reschedule, please email us at least 48 hours in advance. One complimentary reschedule is allowed per booking. ⸻ 📦 Class Materials (Zoom Only)     •    For Zoom participants, we may offer a Class Kit including herbs, distillation supplies, or oils, depending on the class type.     •    Kits must be ordered at least 7 business days in advance of the class to ensure on-time delivery.     •    Shipping fees (if applicable) will be noted at checkout. ⸻ 🌿 In-Person Class Expectations     •    Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled and meet your instructor.     •    Closed-toe shoes are required for safety, and we encourage modest, weather-appropriate clothing suitable for a working farm setting.     •    Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. ⸻ 🔄 Class Cancellations by Us     •    In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule due to weather, illness, or low enrollment, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a new date. ⸻ 💬 Questions or Special Requests?
